The Hall is situated on the Tibberton -Taynton road opposite the junction with the road to Kent's Green - within 5 miles of Newent.

Centrally heated, wood floored meeting rooms with level access from tarmac car park.

Windows giving good daylight, attractive curtains and also blackout available

Ladies and Gentlemen's toilet/changing room/showers + disabled toilet. Baby changing facilities

 

Main Hall: seating capacity 80 theatre-style, approx. 60 for dining, depending on layout.

10 x Tables (folding) seating 4-6

7 x small square tables

80 x upholstered banqueting chairs

Committee Room: seating 20

IT and other equipment:

  •        Wi-Fi with broadband connection
  •        Motorised screen for presentations + video projector for hire if required.
  •        65” wall-mounted smart TV, connected to Freeview, with connections for auxiliary equipment (HDMI, SCART, USB)
  •        Sound system with audio loop

Kitchen: equipped with range cooker, microwave, large & small larder fridges, heater cupboard (facility to warm up 70 plates, bowls and serving dishes and keep prepared food warm) instant boiled water heater, teapots, saucepans and other small kitchen utensils. Crockery, cutlery and glasses for 80 available.

Premises license:

  • performance of plays, films, live music, recorded music, dance and regulated entertainment
  • PRS and PPL licences
  • Registered as a food premises with Forest of Dean District Council -5 star rating
  • Licence for the sale of alcohol (if required, an extra charge is made for this in the hiring fee)

Green space: 3 acres playing field, available for hire e.g. sports clubs, caravan organisations, horticultural show, etc.
